We live together with 57 residents on two floors, each with a large kitchen and a shared flat. With a few exceptions, the rooms are approx. 10m² in size and furnished with a bed (including slatted frame and mattress), desk, chair, and small side table. All furniture can be exchanged with private furnishings at will. There are also large built-in cupboards and a washbasin.

There are enough toilets and showers in the corridors. These and the kitchens are cleaned four times a week by cleaning staff.

Depending on the size of the room, the monthly rent is around €200. Some larger rooms are slightly more expensive. In addition to this rent, there are some internal contributions, such as costs for the internet and kitchen utensils, in total around €5 per month.
